Tile Patterns for Every Project

In the world of hospitality, first impressions are everything. But years ago, hotels had a problem. They wanted the look of tile, but it came with a price. The never-ending upkeep and moldy grout weren't ideal for 5-star reviews or hotel staff. That's why back in 2002, we introduced a new shower concept to the hotel industry - tile patterns made from cast marble. No tile, no grout. Hotels quickly embraced it.

Mincey was the first to offer such a product. Others have tried to replicate it, but twenty years later, our shower walls still boast the most realistic-looking tile and grout lines. These panels are also durable, non-porous, and permanently sealed - meaning they look like new year after year. No more unsightly mold! No more re-grouting or sealing. Cast marble has become the superior alternative to tile for commercial properties looking for high design and low maintenance.

Why are tile patterns so sought after? Often seen as classic and timeless, they allow property owners to go long stretches of time without renovating. This is especially true for multifamily properties that might renovate hard surfaces every 25 years or so, underscoring the importance of selecting products with staying power.

Over the years, we've developed many tile patterns sure to stand the test of time:

Subway Style: A Twist on the Classic

One of the most recognizable tile designs in the world, it's no surprise that 3x6 Subway was one of the first tile patterns we introduced. And, it's still one of our most popular! Since then, we’ve reimagined this classic look with shower walls like 6x24 Modern, 4x12 Vertical Contemporary, and Savannah.

By adding different sizes and orientations, we’ve introduced a fresh take on the timeless subway tile. Catering to both traditional and modern tastes, we continue to create new designs that meet the demands of the industry.

Wavy Looks: Handmade Design

Recently, we’ve created waves with designs like Savannah, 3x20 Stacked Wave, and Herringbone. Wavy tile blocks and textured grout look like handmade tile work. Indistinguishable from the real thing. Request a sample to see for yourself!

These authentic-looking designs also make stylish backsplashes, adding a touch of elegance and uniqueness to any bathroom or kitchen.

Textured Looks: A Touch of Sophistication

Bring another dimension into the shower. Textured patterns add a visual element that really pops in an otherwise simple bathroom. You’ll find these patterns in smaller and larger format tiles, in vertical or horizontal lines.

If you’re looking for more of an accent, patterns like Confetti offer a simple stacked tile design featuring a textured band. Guests can’t help but run their fingers across it!

Large Format: Spatial Elegance

For contemporary and modern spaces, large format designs like 10x20 Vertical Contemporary and 12x24 Contemporary are game changers. Large blocks and minimal grout lines contribute to a sleek and spacious look. The result is a larger-looking shower (and bathroom) that aligns perfectly with the minimalist trends dominating hotel bathroom design.
